We didn't have a surplus and paid out 122% for MA60. There is also no way to not have a deadline when ordering something like a hoodie and being on the waitlist doesn't automatically get you a hoodie. What if you never made it into the tournament and we ordered you a hoodie in your size?

Also, this is a breakdown of everything just so we stay transparent.

You didn't make it into the event until October 23rd and paid on October 24th. Therefore, you didn't make it into the event by October 1st, nor were you one of the first 40 AMs, you were 45th. Also, once all rounds were done, I was left with four hoodies that belong to players who dropped out after the full refund option, so they still have to pay for the hoodies.

I had everything posted and sorry you felt you were owed a hoodie but you weren't and I hope you enjoyed your rounds.
