We did have a previous tournament where a guy played the front nine with a cart and ditched it before the back nine. The fairways are mostly smooth-ish and there is a trail cut from each hole to the next tee pad, but there are some areas that aren’t totally wheel friendly. Off the top of my head, holes 3, 6, 8 and 13 would have unique challenges for a cart.
