Hello everyone! The Player Guide for Bark at the Moon 2025 is NOW LIVE!
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-qo0kDSWkhSmnEgdvpW_Kl1d0lC1mmySbw7ODc1fY1Y/edit?usp=sharing
Please read through that so you're up to speed on what's all taking place tomorrow.
A few common questions/things to share:
- Everyone is able to join the costume contest! It's free to join. Please come to the player meeting in costume. You will have time to change between player meeting and Round 1.
- If you're decorating a hole, I'd recommend decorating as much as possible before the tournament begins. (We understand that lighted elements can't be turned on until just before dark.)
- Please keep all bags and carts outside of the pro shop area during check-in, in-between rounds, and at the end of the tournament. It can be quite a tripping hazard in the dark.
- When taking any item for your player pack or for your prize payouts at the end of the night, please make sure you "check out" with Joel or Ben Szirony. Other Saucy staff can help point you to us if we've not met yet.
- Please be responsible and respectful all night. PDGA rules will be in effect, as this is a sanctioned event. Alcohol and cannabis are prohibited within the PDGA rules from the time of the 2 minute warning before a round, until the round ends.
- Be careful in the dark, especially in the woods. Always make sure you're clear to throw on a hole before throwing. When in doubt, yell something like "Clear on Hole 9?" and listen for a clear response.
If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns, please contact me directly. I will not be monitoring this space all evening and tomorrow morning, however I will pay attention to emails and texts. My contact info is in the Player Guide.
Thank you all so much for signing up this year! See you tomorrow!
