Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow! Some helpful reminders:
-Looks line rain, so please be prepared. We will have pop-ups at registration. Hopefully the rain will clear in time for the post-round lunch and fun festivities!
-When you arrive please go to registration and stand in the line that corresponds to your last name. There will be sinage.
-When I am done checking you in, you will move to the next station to buy raffle tickets or to pick up pre-paid raffle tickets. You can put all your tickets in the raffle, or keep some to put toward pyramid throws after the round, which have their own prizes.
-Players should choose their own card mates. Aim for 4 per card, though there is room for groups of 5 as well.
-Once you have your cardmates, return to registration to get your scorecard which has your hole assignment on it.
-Be present and ready for the briefing about 9:00 am. Cards will then go to their hole.
-After the round, a delicious lunch will be provided along with beer, selzers, and non-alcoholic drinks. There will be a ring of fire and other fun games, along with the pyramid throw.
