PDGA spilts it based off entry’s for the first 3k then TD can add whatever to each after that. Which it states in the about that 1k will go to FPO giving the event 4k added cash. To my understanding the extra 1k was given by a sponsor to go to FPO

All entry fees payout into the division that the players sign up for. Then there is $4,000 added cash. $1,000 straight into FPO. The remaining $3,000 is split among the other divisions proportionally based on number of entries as required by PDGA.
