The $15 non-member fee affects PDGA C-Tiers only, and is per the guidelines set forth by the PDGA. There was no fee for an earlier event of the RCDGG as it was a CEP-Charity event which waived the fees for players so more players will play for the Charity. I know it’s not ideal!
