Typically, divisions are kept together as much as possible, and considering tee assingnments as well (long tees vs. short tees). There are exceptions, such as where really small divisions may need to be combined with other divisions to complete a card assinged to a specific hole.

Glow tape will be OK for round 1, LEDs should not be on discs being thrown during competition in round 1
