Update for Pro Divisions:
Due to low registration numbers in PRO divisions, the MPO and MP40 divisions will be merged into a single MPO division for the Southern New England Open. This change is permitted under PDGA Competition Manual 1.03.B, which allows Tournament Directors to combine or cancel divisions when necessary.
If we do not have at least four total players registered in the MPO division by 10:00 PM on Friday, the division will be vacated, and the event will be reclassified as Amateur Only. Professional players would still be welcome to play if eligible under Pros Playing Amateur rules (PDGA 2.05).
Players in these divisions have been contacted directly and offered a full refund if they prefer not to participate in the merged field.
