Will there be caddy books issued for each course clarifying OB, etc? There are a few holes at Eastview & Kelso that are more complicated than others and some added clarity might be useful beforehand. For instance Kelso mentions roads and parking lots are OB throughout the course but doesn't specify if that means on AND over the edge of pavement nearest the course or just on pavement. So at Kelso if you clear the tee pad mando on hole 13 but end up on the other side of the road from the basket are you OB, or is just "on pavement" OB? Similar situations exist at Eastview as well. Thanks in advance for everything you guys are doing!
