Hello all of you wonderful disc golfers!
The team at Beaver Ranch is very excited to host all of you this week for the Inaugural Beaver Ranch Fall Classic!
We have spent the past 3 years dreaming about this weekend's B-Tier. In preparation we have hosted the first ever DGPT Q-Series event, hosted 16 PDGA C-Tier Flex events, and spent countless hours planning this weekend's celebration of disc golf in beautiful Conifer, Colorado!
Here are some FAQs:
Q1: Is the layout currently playable?
A1: Yes! The event layout is currently playable! There is also a uDisc layout already set up for practice rounds.
Q2: When is my teetime?
A2: These will most definitely change slightly - but here are the current divisional layout for tee times:

Q3: What if I need to withdraw?
A3: Please review the Beaver Ranch Refund Policy (at the bottom of the page here).
After you have read the Beaver Ranch Refund Policy, then log into Disc Golf Scene > load up the event page (here) > click "PLAYERS" at the top > then click "WITHDRAW".
You will be removed from the event.
If you were signed up for an Amateur division, you can pick up your player pack at the Beaver Ranch Pro Shop following the event.
Q4: Is the road to Beaver Ranch closed?
A4: The road is currently open - currently it is one lane while the infrastructure is being repaired. Please drive carefully.
Q5: Is there a place for me to warm up before the tournament?
A5: The Bluebird Putter Course at Beaver Ranch will be open for all players to use before their tee times on tournament days. If you wish to warm up in the "Event Field" you may do so as well. The Event Field is located on the right just as you enter the park off of the main paved road.
Q6: Will the Pro Shop be open before the tournament?
A6: Yes, the Beaver Ranch Pro Shop will be open around 7:00am on the days of the event. Selling discs, merch, drinks, and some snacks.
Q7: Will there be water available on the course?
A7: Yes there will be a water station set up on the course during the event.
Q8: What is the restroom situation?
A8: There are portable toilets in the main parking lot and one at Hole 9.
Q9: What if I am playing an Amateur division but registered after the deadline to request my preferred hoodie size?
A9: We had to order the hoodies over a month ago from our local custom print shop. We took all of the size requests we had at that time and then had to extrapolate the remaining sizes for the capped 84 player Amatuer divisions.
We hope to have guessed correctly, but please take a second and go into your registration and set your preferred hoodie size. We will do our best to honor the oldest registrations preferences first but the sizes we will have available have been locked in since last month.
