Hi Donna! Here is the info written underneath the Late Fee selection. I actually discounted it this week to get more sign ups. This is a PDGA C/B tier which means C for pro's and B for ams with larger players pack.
Registration is open for about three months. This fee is for those who wait until the last minute to register from October 1 until registration closes October 9, after all the money has been spent and expectations set.
