Clarification on out of bounds. In your caddy book/layout document it states: “ Out of Bounds: On or beyond marked lines long.” it in PDGA rule book it states: “ A disc is out-of-bounds if its position is clearly and completely surrounded by an out-of-bounds area.”

Is this a typo or is my disc out of bounds if it is touching OB line?
