you get a tag, than anytime you play with someone with a tag, you play for tags. so if me and you play and you have tag 1000 and i have tag #1, if you win our match you get tag #1 and i take 1000. You find people to play against on here or just on the course. most rounds i play end up being impromptu anyways without any planning ahead to play for tags. But you have to remember to update the changes on here so they know who has which tags.
