im not sure i understand the question, there were a few people on the waitlist, and 11 refund to process, i processed them in order, by the time your refund was processed there was no one on the waitlist. I processed the refund as per PDGA rules. Apologies if you expected something different. The fees then go to event, in the case we dont fill up. We still need to pay for the venue, the event, the volunteers, the baskets, the trophies, the players packs, etc etc etc. If you would like to discuss it further, please send an email.
