Hey All,
Thanks for making the weekend trip to Moody's with us! I have a few event updates as we get closer.
Layout Changes & Scenarios:
-We are changing the starting course for each Pool due to pace of play.
-Pool A will start on Fire on the Mountain.
-Pool B will start on Estimated Prophet
-Fire on the Mountain has a faster pace of play and this will allow for a more uniform lunch break for both pools.
-If attendance does not exceed 72 players, we will switch to a shotgun start on Sunday at 10am.
Lunch, Snacks & Players Party:
-I will also be providing free sausage wraps and chips at lunch to all players at HQ.
-Snacks and water will be available at HQ which sits at the middle of all (4) 9-hole loops on the property.
-We'll also have a players party after Round 2 with free beer while it lasts.
Trophies, Players packs & Payout:
-All Division Champions will receive a Frosted "Beer" Mug with the event logo on it
-Pro Payout will have $750 added cash and will be issued via Paypal the week after the event. AM Payout will be via merch or gift card(to Mint Discs).
-AM Players Packs will contain an Apex Swirl Jackalope and Longhorn with custom art. This players pack has a $40 value. All remaining entry costs after $40 will go towards AM payout.
We will also have Pickles & Idols for sale with various stamps including the event stamp.
