We checked with tournament officials when you weren't at the starting hole on time, and they instructed us to begin and score you and Robert par plus four, as outlined in the PDGA official rules (see 1.05 in the competition manual and 811 F 4 in the PDGA rule book). We told you you were welcome to join us, but you decided not to and left.
It's your responsibility to know your tee time and arrive on time, but, sure, blame your card mates for your mistake.
