Welcome to the 2025 MVP Space Race at Woodmen Hills! Below you will find the caddie book. If any changes are made, you will be given those instructions at check in. Enjoy and have fun!
RSee Disc Golf and Falcon Disc Golf Club
We will have a donation box set out. If you have any new or used discs or equipment that you no longer want, please consider donating them. Everything collected will be donated to school programs for kids to get into playing the sport.
1. Parking: There will be NO parking in the North side lot (Front 9). All parking will be in the South side lot (Back 9). There will be a sign posted. Also, there will be absolutely NO parking on the roadside.
2. Check in at Tournament Central near the dirt lot by 7:15pm. There will be a player meeting at 7:30, then we’ll send everyone out to their holes to start at 8:00. Scoring will be done using paper score cards. There will be a warm-up area set up to get familiar with the discs. There are no bathrooms available on the course. There will be bottles of water available.
3. We will have glow items available for everyone as well as 2 flashlights per card to use while walking around the course. It’s a glow tournament so please be careful while walking around in the dark! The tee pads, signs, and baskets will all be lit up.
4. The swampy area in the middle of the Front 9 can be hazardous. Just stay out! If you go in, take your throw from where it lands or the safest place by stepping back from the direction of the basket. If you can't find it, only look for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes the disc is now classified as lost, go to where your last throw was, re throw with no penalty. (Still second throw, you have already lost a disc that's enough penalty).
5. It’s probably going to be chilly so keep that in mind. We will have some hand warmers available to give out.
6. Prize discs will be handed out at the end of the tournament after all cards have been turned in.
