THANK YOU for playing the 27th Annual Creekside Open. We were blessed with excellent weather, great course conditions, and a ton of fun, competitive play down the stretch across all divisions.
Massive congratulations to our division winners; this event has a storied history, and now you're all a part of it.
The event report has been finalized and submitted to the PDGA and will show on your next ratings update. Payouts have been sent to players who made the cash line, and the ace-pot has been paid out - split between TJ Smith (Hole 9), and Austin Lott (Hole 11) - congrats on a tournament ace, fellas!
A HUGE thank you to the assistance I had this weekend - thank you to Chris and Junior Norman for hauling baskets for me Day 1, and a MASSSSIVE thank you as per usual to Mandie Chamberlain, who wins Utah's TD of the year in my eyes for her perennial support of our events and our scene. None of what I do would be possible without the help received on the back-end of these events.
Thank you to Discraft for the event support, thank you to Salt Lake County for being an incredible partner to work with these last 3 years (they worked directly with me over the last 3 months to get the course cleaned up, mowed, and set up for this event), and again - to ALL OF YOU for playing.
If you're jonesing for more disc golf, I would also like to extend an invitation to any and all divisions to join me and many other competitors up at Wunderfall '25 - on September 27th and 28th - to support ElevateUT through what is always an incredibly fun event in it's first year as a B-Tier - We will not be running that event but we love to support all things ElevateUT as we continue to work together to grow the sport here in Utah.
Beyond that, we are finished running sanctioned events for the year but we have TWO, back to back unsanctioned MVP Space Race events that we will be hosting in November, which you can sign up for on DGScene.
