Hello everyone and welcome to the CCR Open 2025!

This is your players meeting info: TD’s will be at each course ready for check-in @ 7:30 am tomorrow. Please check in with your course TD, at the course you’ll be playing, to receive your players pack prior to reporting to your assigned hole for play. Players pack will include a caddy book which will have more information about the tournament and the courses.

All players will be starting their first round at 9:10 am tomorrow, second round times will be posted after the conclusion of each pool’s first rounds, and should generally expect to be 1 hour after the last card has finished to give everyone time to get lunch.

Burchfield Park TD (Josh) Will be in the Winter Sports Building by hole 1 of River’s Edge.

Trinity Church DGC TD (Emily) will be at the tables by the Tee for hole one.

Scoring code for https://pdga.com/score will be CCR25 as noted in the players handbook.

Some additional course notes:

Burchfield Park: There was recently a cross country meet at the park, meaning that there are some rather wide white lines painted across fairways. These wide white lines are NOT OB. The course OB lines, where they could be questionable, have been flagged in addition to paint. All course OB’s are listed in the caddy book and painted the width that a single spray can would paint, as opposed to the cross country lines which are about 6 inches wide.

Trinity Church DGC: There is some construction going on in the area on Dunckel road south of Jolly. This means that the road is a little uneven, but it is still passable just please take care as it is a bit of a bump between the new asphalt and the not yet paved parts. Caddy book notes some OB as flagged, but they are actually painted, this is reflected in the hole notes for pdga live scoring.
