This Sunday the 14th is the big day. The 2025 Champoeg Dubs Finale!! The Top 20 will be competing for some serious cash.....over $1700!! But if you did not make the Top 20 there is still a chance to make some dough. The Best of the Rest bracket is for any player who played at least 3 weeks of league play this year. And the Best of the Rest has its own cash pool to pay out. We also have $460 worth of Ace Pot money that needs to be won during the event. That means a $200 Ace Pot during the round with 4x $25 CTP's up for grabs as well. If noone hits that Ace Pot then we will be having some various games, (CTP style throw offs, ring of fire, ect...) until there is no more cash to give away. All said and done there will be over $3000 of cash to win. And there will be pizza and homemade cookies for all to enjoy. Bring your own drinks.
What about the raffle? There is a raffle after the round with all the leftover swag from this season. Each player will get 1 raffle ticket for each week that they were at league and any perfect attendance players will get 5 extra tickets. And the Turkey Treasure Tickets too! There are 3 big Turkey Ticket prizes that will be given away on Sunday. Must be present to win.
There is also a Custom Gerber knife with the Champoeg logo engraved. This $200+ donation will be raffled off as well. Tickets for this raffle are $5 each or 5 for $20. You do not have to be present to win this prize.
Trophies....yeah, we got trophies. The Top 20 players on the leaderboard will be given a custom made trophy for the 2025 dubs season. There will also be the 5 league trophies to hand out as well -
The Founders Cup - The the overall points leader from the season
The Lady of Champoeg - To the lady with the most points during the season
The Twilight Champion - To the player with the most points over 50yr old.
The Champoeg Challice - To the winner of the Best of the Rest bracket
The Champions Trophy - To the winner of the Finale.
We will be playing a 27 hole layout for the finale. After the 27 holes of play we will all enjoy the free lunch provided while we give away all the trophies, cash, and raffle prizes. After that is all done the top 4 players from the morning round will compete in a Final 9 holes with scores starting over from scratch!! This is for the big bucks with 1st place winning $225 and The Champions Trophy. This is the big send off for the season. Anyone who has been there before knows how epic this day will be. See you out there this Sunday. Sign-ups will be from 8:30 until 10pm with the tee time shortly there after.
