Yes there will be more ob and yes they will be permanent. There will be 1 more line all the way up the right side of 13 and 14 in the open . If your disc crosses an ob line while playing your fairway , take 1 stroke penalty and 1 meter in from the line. The right side brush on 15 will be in bounds for 15. We want players playing in their own designated fairways.
