For pace of play reasons on the water holes (Hole 14 and 15), you can either proceed to Drop Zone or play last place in bounds. You can proceed to drop zone if you do not want to throw over water as well with a stroke penalty. Drop zone is painted on the ground and if I can make something up, there will be a sign.
