The PDGA doesn't assign course/layout ratings before the course/layout has been played - unless I'm missing something! There's never been a sanctioned event at this course, so we're going to figure this one out together!
I don't really have a firm guess, but our 917 rated Assistant TD scored -10 on the long layout (his home course and his design mind you), if that gives you any idea.
