Hey Ross,
The PDGA dress code in 3.04 is always in effect for every sanctioned event, but we will not be enforcing the more strict dress code in 4.04 regarding shirt materials. Those additional dress code guidelines are suggested for all events but aimed at Majors and Elite Series events.
Caddy book will be sent out once registration closes today.
