The caddy book is posted in the comments below. Please download, print, or screenshot the Caddy Book before you arrive at Eagles Crossing. Service can be spotty, especially on the Wild Times Course.

I want to give a huge thank you to Eric Bennett Design for creating the caddy book! Eric also created the logo, disc, and apparel designs for the entire Power DGA Championship Series!

August Ratings Update:
The August ratings have been finalized! If your rating was above the limit for a division (i.e. >850 for MA4) I moved you to the next division within your rating range. For any players not impacted by ratings updates that would like to play in a different division, you have until Sunday night, 8/24, to make any changes.

Arrival/Check-In:
Eagles Crossing built a large parking lot for the event! When you pull in from the main entrance, you will follow the signs and take a right turn into the parking lot. Please see the map in the caddy book.

Thursday Early Check-In/Practice:
If you are planning to arrive on Thursday for the practice tee times or early check in, arrive at least 45 minutes before you tee off. This will give you plenty of time to pick up your player pack, warm-up, and arrive at your tee time early. If you do not have a scheduled practice tee time, you are welcome to come to Eagles Crossing, pick up your player pack, and check out the venue.

Practice tee times are still available and open links to the tee times are posted on the Event Registration Page.

Friday-Sunday Check-In:
Plan to arrive at Eagles Crossing at least 45 minutes before your tee time on Friday to give you plenty of time to park, check-in at HQ and pick up your player pack (if not picked up Thursday), and check-in at your starting hole. On Saturday and Sunday, plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your tee time. Give yourself additional time if you need to warm up. Tournament staff will be onsite and the course will be open between 6:00am and 6:15am Friday through Sunday.

Alcohol:
OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED AT EAGLES CROSSING. Eagles Crossing operates a license to sell alcohol (and has several options for sale) and this could be revoked if outside alcohol is brought to the premises. I understand that this is inconvenient, but please respect the course rules. It's a privilege for us to use Eagles Crossing for the event and we want to be invited back next year!

Food Trucks:
We will have 3 food trucks rotating over the weekend! They will be open from about 10:30am until about 7:30pm each night. The truck schedule is below:

Wok-o-Taco: Thursday, 8/28 - Saturday, 8/30
Super Smokers BBQ + Cajun - Friday, 8/29 and Sunday, 8/31
Case and Bucks Grub and Pub - Saturday 8/30 and Sunday 8/31

I will send out another email early next week when tee times are posted (likely Monday, 8/25). Looking forward to meeting all of you next week! Safe travels to Missouri.
