All Amateurs can pick up their player pack disc in the parking lot near hole one from 8:00am to 8:30am.
There will be a player meeting before round one at 8:35am to answer any questions. Round one will start at 9:00am sharp. Give yourself enough time to get to your assigned hole at least a few minutes early. We will blow an air horn twice for the two minute warning and one long blast to start each round.
Please bring a charged phone and be ready to do digital scoring. All players/teams are responsible for keeping score. The web address for digital scoring is:

BLUE POOL = MP40, MA1, MA40, MA2 divisions
RED POOL = All other divisions

Blue Pool will play the Blue Layout (long tees to red/blue baskets). Red Pool will play the Red Layout (short tees to red/blue baskets). On or across all roads and parking lots is OB. The ball fields from the foul line to the fence line is OB. Surrounded by water is OB. See map for special conditions on hole 14.
If lightning is an issue, we will pause play via air horn and communicate via email.
We will have side games of a longest putt on holes 1, 17, & 18 each round. The flags will be left by the tee pad for the first group that plays that hole to set out each round. There is $170 the optional Ace Pool. If nobody hits an ace, we will have a CTP throw off for the balance after the second round.
There will NOT be a player meeting before round 2. I will send out another group email with the round 2 start time and hole assignments after the completion of round 1.
All cash payouts including Ace Pool will be allocated via PayPal. Make sure that I have your correct PayPal email. Let me know if you have any questions.
