Great! Thanks for the refund. It almost covered the gas cost to get there and find out in the parking lot I was the only MP40 player removed even though I was signed up 2 weeks ago and 2 of the others signed up last yesterday.
Im going to make a few serious suggestions because I know the "reason" people had to be removed was the rain delay. Even though it was only 1.5 hours yet tee offs are nearly 3 hours behind.
1. This course always takes forever. EVERYONE knows it. Maybe dont have tee times until 4pm. 100 cap maybe?
2. This is a extremely large course that requires many longer water shots. Maybe MA3 isn't a great idea to have on the course for 5 hour rounds.
3. Prioritizing professionals when removing players. Its pretty annoying to be preparing to play for cash and registering weeks ago to lose my spot on the course to a MA3 player.
Just thoughts for the future.
I will say too. The fact that as I drove in there was a group teeing on hole 9. No one on 10 at all. Group putting at 11. No one walking to or on 12 at all. A 5some standing in 1 taking and laughing around waiting to tee while the group playing 1 was finishing tapping out. No less than 4 other groups waiting to tee. Didn't exactly give me the impression they were working hard to get everyone on the course asap.
No one is parking hole 1. The group seeing can go after upshot are made. If 2 out of 4 observed holes are completely empty. Maybe 6 min tee offs instead of 10s. Most firmly I stand by, you dont need to try and squeeze 200 into a flex on a course where the average score is +20. 100 player field MA1+ only.
