Thank you again for registering for the Haymarket Park Open! It is going to be a great day for some disc golf! Below you will find event details. If you have any questions, please reach out to me.
Parking
Please utilize the map (pictures tab) and park in the lots (green outline) on the north side of the Stadium (near Bowlin Stadium).
Check In
Check in will happen at the gold star, indicated on the map, between the two stadiums. Players will receive their player pack items at this time. Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before you’re scheduled tee time to give you enough time to check in. Player pack discs will be available on a first come, first served basis. So if there is a frisbee you want, feel free to get there early.
IF YOU REGISTERED AFTER THE JULY 27TH DEADLINE FOR T-SHIRT SIZE
Do not fret! You will receive an email from following the event which will include a Merz Store Link and a code in which you will submit your size to get your event jersey. You will be responsible for shipping.
Round Play & Scoring

2025/registration
We will be utilizing the UDisc App for scoring (search ‘UDisc’ in your app store). Players will be able to check in and keep score via the app. The course map can also be found on UDisc. PLEASE download the app prior to your round.
Course map is on UDisc, as well as under the 'pictures' tab.
You may play the round with your own discs, but please be mindful of the space we are utilizing, specifically when playing holes 15-18 and try to stay off the infield grass as much as possible. Average hole length is approximately in the 180 feet range, but there are some holes where cement/parking lot come heavily into play.
There is no defined OB for this event, but please be safe. Let’s have a fun and laid back round and enjoy each other’s fellowship!
Weather
The forecast calls for a high of 85, 10 to 15mph winds, and a minimal chance of rain. While great disc golf weather, please plan to bring a water bottle or other hydration apparatus. Water will be available at the stadium, as well as in coolers on the course outside of the stadium. Concessions will also be available beginning at 10:00am.
Restrooms
Restrooms will be available inside of the stadium.
Food & Drink
Concessions, including beer, will be available beginning at 10am. ALCOHOL MAY ONLY BE CONSUMED INSIDE OF THE STADIUM. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ALCOHOL OUTSIDE OF THE STADIUM. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE/HAVE TAKEN ALCOHOL OUTSIDE OF THE STADIUM, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT IMMEDIATELY AND ASKED TO LEAVE. This is a privilege for the event, please don’t be that person to ruin it for everyone!
Raffle Tickets
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase for $1 each until 3:30pm. Tickets can be purchased via cash, card, Venmo, or PayPal. We will begin drawing for raffle prizes at 3:30pm. You do not need to be present to win. Raffle prizes will be laid out on a table and each prize will have a coordinating ticket box so you may select which prize you want to submit tickets for.
You will be responsible for writing your name on your raffle tickets. If you buy many and are friendly, there is a better than not chance that some assistance will be provided.
If you purchased raffle tickets via registration, they have been pre-packaged and will be given to you when you receive your player pack.
