The course layout has been established and uploaded to the pictures section of this page. It can also be found on the event's Facebook page at the link below. It is a mixture of long and short pins playing from all concrete tees. The layout is currently playable on UDisc as the Flexing Down 49 2025 Layout.
Hole 3 will play from the concrete tee to the long pin with a mandatory right of a marked tree (350') that forces players to play away from the street department's piles. There is a 2nd mando left of the marked tree further down the fairway as usual. I actually think this makes the hole very fun and much more of a par 5. See the sketch in the pictures section for a visual.
