As of right now we have 42 players registered. I had a couple requests for possibly signing up day-of, and since we aren't full I decided to extend the registration until 8:00 a.m. It is possible to have a few last minute registrations, so if we do then card mates and starting holes MIGHT need to adjust. Until then, they are currently published on PDGA.com/live website.
--- Reminders ---
Player's meeting is at 8:30am. PLEASE pick up your player's pack before that so we can start on time. Unless absolutely needed, we will not have a player meeting between rounds.
It is going to be HOT. I suggest bringing a water bottle, cooling towels, snacks etc. I will have water and extra snacks (goldfish, granola bars, fruit snacks, and Liquid IV) at hole 9 and tournament central.
Rounds should take about 3 hours. I planned on about an hour for lunch with the 2nd round starting at 1:30pm. There was a scheduling snafu and a wedding is happening this evening on the fairway of hole 18, so the 2nd round might look a little funny for us to be finished playing in that area in time for them to set up.
Every player is required to keep score. I am providing PDGA Live scoring as one method. Access code is FORT. Downloading the PDGA app and keeping score that way is generally easier than using a web browser on your phone. If you prefer old-school paper and pen, please bring your own.
If anyone on your card shows a scoring conflict DO NOT submit your scorecard or you will be stroked (which could affect your qualification).
The caddy book jpegs are attached, on UDisc, and also accessible at this link:

See you all very soon.
