RE: Volunteers & verbal abuse by players... How unbelievably crappy of someone to do that - ESPECIALLY to a volunteer. A warning is for an unintentional outburst or indirect insulting of anyone in/around the card & course in order to stop the offensive behavior. If it's outright verbal abuse, should it not be an immediate stroke penalty? or DQ? After such a fantastic tournament with great people @ the best course, it sucks that these actions by a few puts a stain on the experience for all of us.
