As you are likely aware, the course has received a lot of rainfall this evening with more coming overnight. It is looking like nearly a half inch of rain is possible during the 5am hour then shattered storms throughout the day. TEE TIMES HAVE BEEN PUSHED BACK 30 MINUTES FOR ALL in order to give me a chance to assess the course before we begin play. If overnight flooding occurs then we may opt to push tee times back additionally from there. There is also a possibility of modifying the course layout if necessary.
If tee times are changed then you will be notified via email, we will post to our Event Facebook Page, and to Disc Golf Scene in the comments section. They will also be reflected on the PDGA digital scorecard and PDGA Page. All of those links can be found in your caddie book.
Linked here are the PDGA Rules regarding suspension of play. If at any point during the day conditions escalate to the point of suspension then players will be notified by 3 short bursts of an air horn and by an emergency alert on the digital scorecard. Please familiarize yourself with the rules and procedure listed above.
Prepare for a wet and muddy round tomorrow. We do not have any umbrellas available for purchase so bring one from home! Thank you all for a great day 1 of the Tiger Open! We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow!
