Hi all, due to some safety concerns with a damaged and leaning tree on Tournament Hole 17/ Course Hole 18, we have had to move the basket to the leftmost position (A-pin on Udisc). Additionally, we will have flags out around the most probable fall area of the tree, and players must take mandatory relief if they land in this area. Hopefully tonight's storm blows it down and we don't have to worry about this. The player's guide on here has been updated with these details, and they will also be on the hole notes on the PDGA Live app.
This change has players throwing towards the tee area for the next hole, though a proper shot should land well short of posing any danger to the next tee. Despite this, please only tee off on T-Hole 17 when the way is clear and/or you have ensured the folks on the next hole are watching for errant discs. Sufficient coordination can ensure this goes safely; no one wants to be struck by an errant disc, and we don't want to hear that this has happened. So please be safe and smart about throwing.
Also, with some last minute dropouts, we have had to make some changes to the tee times and cards, so please double check when you tee off.
