There are a lot of different divisions with multiple players in each. When a tournament doesn’t max out it’s gonna leave some holes open. Some players request to play with a buddy the first round. For the most part females are put in a group together unless they have requested to pay MA. Some groups of 4 or 5 may play as quick as a certain group of say 3. The open holes can also be used as a buffer to see that play continues without delays as much as possible. Hope that helps some David. Have a great time tomorrow.

Yes, so the tournament didn’t fill and there were some players request certain cards so I try to keep everyone happy while also maintaining a good flow for the day. Pretty much as Steve said, that’s why the cards are organized the way they are for today
