Legacy spots require an invitation. The sponsor from the previous year have first right of refusal for the current year. There are 4 available because those 4 legacy sponsors have not yet completed their early registration. If they elect not to renew or fail to register in time, then their hole will be offered for new sponsorship. There is a current Legacy sponsor waitlist as well.
