Yes, https://stateparks.oregon.gov/index.cfm?do=park.profile&parkId=102 for camping, and if you don't camp, there is a daily parking fee.

My understanding is that Barton Park has some spots available It's about 15 minutes from Milo. https://reservations.clackamas.us/mbl/camping/index.asp

There is no overnight camping in the parking lots/courses. Please check the two links already posted and see if any spots are still available

Also look at Metzler Park, which is about 15 minutes from Milo. They had openings recently and there's a great 9 hole warmup course.
