Note that the Aldergrove border crossing at the north end of Meridian doesn't open until 8AM so if you want to cross at 7:30 go the same way you'd go for a round of disc golf in Blaine and cross there. At 7:30 there won't be a big wait. However if you get to the Aldergrove crossing early and wait a little bit until it opens your arrival time at Raptor's will be virtually the same as if you crossed at blaine at 7:30.
