Good evening. I am super excited that you signed up to be part of our next "Night Flights" at Winton Woods on 6/26. This will be a 1 round PDGA C-Tier. We will do a shotgun start at 6p sharp
PLEASE READ - Yes I do copy and paste, but this part is new info for Winton Woods:
For Winton Woods, we will now check in at the shelter which is in the parking lot on the right before the big parking lot. That will be tournament central. For those of you who are starting on holes close to this area, you might want to park in the parking lot with the shelter. The rest may need to drive down or walk down. Afterwards, the top 45% will receive payouts. It's not required to come back to tournament central unless you "cash".
This will be our second event at Winton Woods. It went well last time. Every course has an
that poses a challenge during events. The walk from 13 to 14 is the for this course. Please walk around the fence and not across 18's fairway.
Cheryl and I will be at tournament central, which again will be at that shelter across from hole 3. We will begin check in around 530p. We will have a shotgun start at 6p. I will post hole assignments by around 2p on event day, since registration will be open until 1p. They will be found at:

With doing a shotgun start, make sure you are at your hole by 558p when we will yell "two minutes". Please be aware that the course is not shut down for this event, so be mindful and considerate of casuals who may be on the course. It's important that we all play nice together.

For those in the ACE fund, payouts will be done electronically this year. If an ACE isn't hit, it moves to the next week of the series with no throw off. There was an ACE hit last Night Flights, so it starts over tomorrow night.
We will be using PDGA Live for all scoring, and a reminder that everyone needs to keep score now (PDGA live, Udisc or paper copy). The PDGA Live access code is: winton626
The OB here is pretty simple. OB is mainly on/over roads/pavement along holes 1, 2, 3, and 14.
Cards will be made of of primarily 3-4 players. Depending on numbers, we may have to mix some divisions. We will do our best to make sure everyone is with at least 1 person from their division.
In the event there is a tie, we will have the playoff start on HOLE 1 and go until there is a winner.
All AM divisions will receive AM's merchandise credit to use immediately following the completion of their divisions rounds to be used the day of event. There will be merchandise on hand to exchange. Open players will receive their payouts via PayPal electronically.
It is on each player to know the PDGA rules and guidelines. It is on each card to make sure you are on the appropriate tee. It's easy to go to the wrong hole sometimes, so make sure the card confirms they are on the correct tee pad for each hole.
It's going to be a great late afternoon/early afternoon round. Again, we are excited that you are going to join us.
