In the future, could you please post the number needed to go through with hosting the event? There were other events I could have signed up for today instead if I knew we needed x people and I thought there were not going to be enough. Instead I find out we are cancelled after registration for other events have also closed and now am out of luck. Just a request, hopefully this gets to happen next year.
