The $45 is for the five disc tournament pack (if you are an AM) and PDGA fees. The clearly marked course fees are separate and clearly labeled for what they are. As both the fees are required I felt that showing them on the registration page was the clearest way to show where you the player your money was being spent.

Or it could have just said registration is $55 and those two fees were included in there that's why it's just like Ticketmaster. Nowadays they actually will do all in pricing so you actually know what you're going to pay up front. But it wasn't until the registration page that any of the other nonsense was mentioned. I was saying that tongue and cheek but now that you want to try and stick up for it I'll point out that it's dumb.
