1). 3 has no drop zone and is not an island 2). Any water on those holes will plays as casual… it’s been pretty dry there lately and there is no OB in tall grass. 3). There are no drop zones at all. The only island hole is 17– marked by the yellow parking blocks. If you do not make the island, outside the island plays as hazard. Proceed to lie with 1 stroke penalty.
