Jamie- We don't have specific divisions capped, so if more MPO sign up and get off the waitlist more MPO would be in. That being said, you're currently the only other MPO on the waitlist so likely won't be many more MPO unless a lot of drops or division changes happen. The waitlist is by pad assignment not pro/amatuer so overall amlunt of pronplayers will likely end up higher since most of the next few off the waitlist are pro players.
