Full refunds have been issued for everyone who was previously withdrawn. We will be updating how refund policy works in the future to avoid this and get players as much back as we can. We have been brainstorming and communicating to PDGA in regards to this and found we have additional freedoms in refunds we were not aware of beyond the PDGA outlined refund policy. Sorry for any frustrations/misunderstandings. We hope that in the future you may give rosdiscs another try because the team truly does care about all of you and only wants to bring great things to our communities.
