Hi David, all players will play from the same tee pad. The mando is at the end of the row of trees on the right. It is to keep you from playing put towards the next holes fairway. The mando will be extremely difficult to cross off the tee shot. It will come into play on your second or third shot. It means you will be playing down the tunnel as the hole was intended
