To help clean up some of the grey area of tee assignments we are going to start using the following:
Gold Tee 936+ Rating
Blue Tee 851-935 Ratings
White Tee 850 and below Ratings

This is close to what we already do, with a couple exceptions and hopefully increases the fun for everyone.
If this ends up causing issues we will re-assess.
