We understand that circumstances can change, but due to the significant preparation involved and the numerous requests for 'post-closing' registration, we must enforce a strict policy against late registration. This decision allows us to concentrate fully on delivering a high-quality event. While adding just one person may seem trivial, it creates expectations that we simply cannot accommodate. Accepting multiple late entries can quickly become overwhelming, ultimately diminishing the experience for all participants.
