Good evening, Ryan! Thanks for asking! The idea of the non-player's pack $25 entry fee was to keep it cheap for people wanting to participate in an event that gets them free entry into the Glitch World Championship this fall in Maple Hill, MA as the top MPO and FPO player while using their own discs (Glitch, Pitch, Parachute). With that in mind, the optional Player's Pack is for anyone who wants to geek out on Gyro with some special edition discs. This is something that is a unique option only possible with this first of the three MVP Circuit Challenges. More granularly, all $25 entry fees go to the following: CTP prizes (Black Hole Lite + Transit Bag, Disc Station III, Voyager Lite bag, lab second discs), trophies, SE trophy discs for top players in each division, shipping costs, and MVP gift cards that get paid out to the top 25% or more of the field in each division. Finally, and the biggest reason I wanted to offer a non-player's pack option, is that with enough entries, I was going to use whatever money is available to give as a cash prize to the top MPO and FPO player to put towards a plane ticket or a place to stay, and actually go to Maple Hill to represent NM. The size of that cash will depend on the number of players in this event; if we reached 80 players that would be quite a bit. I pay for food and drinks out of my own pocket to have a great way to end the round as a community. That about sums it up! I hope you can join us, as it's a pretty fun time!
