Unfortunately there are still low signups. From a TD perspective, I am forced to consolidate pools and divisions and think about cards and the utilization of event staff. For there to be a "C" pool, that would consist of roughly 1 card worth of players. So it doesn't make sense to have a TD be present on a course for 3-5 players when the majority of the event will be at another course. It is unfortunate and I wish there was another way. This year is just going to be rough and we will hopefully re-build from this next year.
