Week 9 at Deer Lakes was electric, as the competition heated up and champions emerged in dramatic fashion—though once again, the ace and birdie pots managed to stay out of reach.

Brendan Reed was on fire in the Open Division, slicing through the course with a blazing -9 (57) to take the win and $18. With a performance that demanded attention, Reed made a statement: he's here to win.

In Advanced, Brandon Stevens put on a show, shooting a confident -6 (60) to claim $14 and tack on another $8 by seizing the MPO/MA1 CTP. He’s proving to be a consistent force this season.

The Intermediate crown went to Stephen Filander, who kept his cool under pressure and carded a -2 (64) for the top spot and $17 in winnings. And in Recreational, Joe Hrubetz emerged from the pack with a clutch +3 (69) to secure the W and a $12 payout.
