85% Payout is the minimum standard for pdga C-Tiers. A lot of tournaments do that, they just don't advertise the fact since the pdga does not require that to be published. However, I like to be as transparent as possible and make these things clear before the event. It is not almost $10 a head, net fee for pros will be $44, so it's $6-$7 per pro.
